Information on the "EU Data Act"

Specifically, data access and sharing under Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (‘EU Data Act’) is covered by VESYNC (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (manufacturer of connected products) and Vesync Germany GmbH (importer of connected products) in cooperation with the Vesync (US) Corporation (provider of related services and data holder).

As of September 12, 2025, you, as a user, can access and download data related to your Levoit, Cosori, or Etekcity products in the VeSync App settings (More > Settings > Privacy > Download Your Data), and you are free to share it with third parties. You can also click here or contact us at privacy@vesync.com to submit your requests to access data or share data with third parties. To protect data security, we take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to the data copies or sharing data with third parties upon your request. We may reject your request if you are unable to verify your identity.

The format for the above datatypes is CSV file.

The general estimated volume of the data generated in our connected products is highly dependent on the individual product parameters and frequency of utilization.

All connected product types are capable of generating data continuously and in real time.

Connected products store data on a remote cloud server. To determine the appropriate retention period for collected data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the collected data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the collected data, and the purposes for which we process the collected data.

You can delete your Vesync Account at any time, and then we will erase the collected data on our cloud server, unless under which we are obligated to keep them.

The general estimated volume of the data generated in our related services is highly dependent on the individual product parameters and frequency of utilization.

We may use non-personal product data and related service data:

• To provide you with the functions and related service of the connected products.

• To operate and maintain your connected products.

• To fulfill the contract between you and us.

• To improve or develop our products and services.

• To comply with the legal requirements and proceedings.

We may also share non-personal product data and related service data with third parties for the purposes described above and to the extent required under the respective contract with such third parties.

The service contract between you and us is our Terms of Use. When you agree to our Terms of Use and create the account in VeSync App, the contract will be established between you and us and will be valid until you or we terminate this contract. You can delete your VeSync account to terminate this contract. We may also terminate it according to “Termination” section in the Terms of Use.

When you use third-party virtual assistants (such as Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa) to operate your connected products, these virtual assistants may generate and use corresponding related service data. According to Data Act, these third parties are the holders of the data. Please contact them for information regarding such data.

In the event that you believe that your rights under Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority responsible for supervising compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854.

The product data and related service data listed above and accessible to you do not contain trade secrets. However, we kindly caution you to ensure data security throughout your access and sharing of your data.
