Job Overview

Manages support functions essential to sales team productivity and profitability. This will include managing the commercial planning calendar to ensure compliance to pricing policies, MAP and profitability. Work directly with international and US teams to coordinate sales forecasting and product planning with goals of 100% customer scorecard for on-time and in full shipments. Facilitates pricing strategy advisory, competitive analysis, and oversees account set-up.


Responsibilities

  • This role works directly with the assigned retailers on a daily basis. Work with NAM to take actionable notes, with deadlines and assignments.

  • Assists with national promo calendar planning.

  • Communicates with finance to confirm the funding we’re able to provide for promos.

  • Oversees MAP pricing and internet reseller compliance monitoring.

  • Runs daily retail reports for both dotcom and in-store items.

  • Monitors dotcom owned inventory and weeks of supply on hand.

  • Works closely with Operations on drop ship feeds.

  • Manages dotcom forecasting/budget for assigned accounts.

  • Works closely with NAM to become involved with in-store forecasting.

  • Analyzes historical data, customer trends, NPD data to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Manages the customer set up and contract process and renewals.

  • Communicates with internal teams to get all assets required for account and/or item set up.

  • Ensures all content is accurate and up to date and that there are good, current reviews.

  • Work closely with Sr. Channel Marketing Manager on account activations.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements by working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement; assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and facilitates a culture of continuous process improvement.

  • Submits invoices, pre-approval requests and similar in our expense management system.

  • Daily management of incoming inquiries for quotes for wholesale B2B orders.

  • Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 3+ years of total experience in the consumer electronics industry or similar

  • Experience with Retail Link or similar platforms preferred

  • A passion for delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

  • A drive to improve, personally and professionally

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and flexible work environment

  • Highly collaborative, excellent teamwork and people management skills
